Faster access for candidates, easier shift management for clients in Australia
Finding quality childcare work, or compassionate childcare professionals, just got faster, simpler and smarter. We’ve launched the first phase of our new digital platform for Australian businesses, starting with Pulse Child Care Crew, part of Acacium Group.
What does Pulse Child Care Crew do?
Pulse Child Care Crew connects early childhood professionals with flexible and permanent roles in childcare centers across Sydney. We make it easy to find work that fits the goals of our workers and customers, whether it’s a long-term placement or an ad-hoc shift.
What’s changed?
New app for workers
- The Lyptus app, launched 16th June, lets workers manage availability, book shifts and submit timesheets from their phones (iOS and Android).
Web portal for clients
- From July, customers can post shifts and approve timesheets online through the Lyptus web portal for desktop and mobile devices – offering a way of requesting workers without calling, texting or emailing.
Faster onboarding
- Compliance time has dropped from 20+ days to under 10, meaning workers can start sooner but with the same expert support and compliance our clients are used to.
Better systems for our consultants
- We’ve updated our internal systems, reducing admin and helping teams focus on delivering expert services to clients and candidates.

- For candidates: Quicker onboarding, more control and less paperwork. Focusing on what matters most, helping our clients deliver great care.
- For clients: Faster shift fulfilment and easier booking management to support their workforce needs.
This is part of an $2 million investment in our Australian business’ digital first strategy. The platform will roll out to our Australian healthcare staffing brands over the next six months, supporting more clients and local communities in Australia.
