Employee image and release form

We’re proud of the people behind our work and sometimes feature team members in videos, presentations, or other content to help tell our story.

This form gives us your permission to include you in that content, now and in the future and ensures we do so transparently and with care.

By completing this form, you confirm that:

1. You permit Acacium Group (and its Group Companies) to record and use your image, voice, likeness, name, job title and any quotes you provide.
2. This applies to content captured today and to future content you may participate in, whether through video, photography, audio, written quotes, or similar formats.
3. Your content may be used across a range of channels, including (but not limited to):
   • Internal communications (e.g., intranet, presentations, newsletters)
   • Company websites and social media
   • Marketing and promotional materials
   • Media and press coverage
   • Webinars, events and training sessions
4. You grant Acacium Group (and its Group Companies) the right to use this content worldwide, in any format, for an unlimited time.
5. You will not seek compensation or assert rights of privacy, publicity, or copyright claims related to its use.
6. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and understand and agree to the terms of this release.
