Giving a voice to flexible workers

In 2020, Acacium Group introduced Viewpoint, an experience management programme designed to gather valuable insights into the motivations and experiences of the flexible workforce within the health and social care system, specifically those employed through Acacium Group’s businesses.

To date, Viewpoint has collected more than 100,000 individual feedback responses from flexible healthcare workers operating in 1,000 sites across the UK.
