Having now graduated its third cohort, Leadership Camp is an opportunity for Acacium Group leaders from across our 23 brands to meet, learn and grow through a series of interactive workshops, training sessions and mental and physical challenges.
By removing leaders from their everyday environments and away from routine tasks, they are taken out of their comfort zone and afforded a valuable opportunity for self-reflection. Having completed the camp, the leaders undertake one on one coaching helping them to implement the lessons they learned to better support their teams and their customers.
