Recognised for our ‘Better Together’ approach to learning and development, we actively demonstrated our values of putting people first, always by your side and driven by excellence. The judges were impressed with the scale and delivery of our L&D offering, which sought to improve access to learning across our global footprint.
City and Guilds revealed strong themes from this year’s training programmes, including enhanced diversity, equity and inclusion schemes, impactful leadership and management programmes and novel and innovative approaches to improving sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
This year, 53 employers have been recognised for their outstanding training and skills development programmes, significantly impacting their organisation and people. We’re proud to feature alongside leading employers, including IBM, Royal Mail and Pret. You can see all the winners here.

Despite the obvious challenges in recent years, they have shown unwavering dedication to nurturing their workforce through outstanding training and skills development, resulting in a lasting positive impact.
